In line with its ethos of sustainability and holistic living, the unmissable festive menu, available Thursday, 24 December only, makes use of locally grown and caught produce blended with ingredients inspired by the retreat’s lush, natural surroundings.
To kick off the festive feast, the wholesome set-menu serves up a delicious Roasted Carrot and Ginger soup and a choice of Kani or Beetroot salad, made from produce grown at the retreat itself.
Festive classics such as succulent stuffed Turkey, Grilled Lamb Chops, Beef Prime Ribs and wholesome seafood appear on the mains.
The sides include Brown Rice & Farro Pilaf, Roasted Root Vegetables, Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Jalapeno Creamed Corn.
