As the sun sets for the day, embrace the cooler temperatures of the evening as you place yourself at the very heart fine-casual dining in Abu Dhabi where olive trees gently sway in the breeze among gorgeous greenery. Cast your eye on the expert chefs as they fire up the wood and grill and craft you sumptuous dishes while you sip on a glass of grape, one of two included in the experience, sourced from world-renowned ancient vineyards.
Begin the three-course feast with a burst of colour and nutrients. Sample piquant tastes and flavours as you tuck into a choice of Greek salad with cherry tomatoes and Cretan rusks or a delicious serving of beetroot, goat’s cheese, hazelnut and garlic oil.
As you soak up the fresh air and Grecian vibes, allow yourself to be tempted by smoky aromas of meat being grilled to perfection for the main event of the evening. Offering you the option to select from three succulent, premium, grilled meats, ‘The Cut’ menu boasts mouthwatering dishes of Bone-In Ribeye; Tomahawk Steak; or Chateau Briand. Accompanied by tasty truffle mashed potato and cream corn and an array of savoury sauces including mushroom, pepper and bone marrow jus.
Round off the evening with two tantalising and decadent desserts that are delivered from the piping hot grill. Tease the quivering sweet tooth with foil-packed chocolate bananas or indulgent grilled brioche bread with fresh berries and creamy Greek yoghurt ice cream.
