Three of Dubai’s top chefs join forces for a three-part dining event celebrating Fire, Earth and Water

 

Get ready for an extraordinary culinary experience unlike any other.

This September, three of Dubai’s most iconic restaurants will collaborate for The Elemental Series; a limited-run trilogy of chef-led dinners, each themed around one of the natural elements: Fire, Earth, and Water.

Taking place across TABŪ at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, Akira Back at W Dubai – The Palm, and Tamoka at The Ritz-Carlton JBR, each night will feature a unique, immersive menu crafted by three of the city’s most acclaimed chefs:

Chef Aldo Shimabukuro Nakahodo (TABŪ)

Chef Giovanni Ledon (Akira Back)

Chef Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz (Tamoka)

Together, these culinary innovators will bring their individual styles and cultural influences to life through specially designed menus and curated experiences.

The series begins with Fire at TABŪ, where bold flavours and flame-kissed dishes take centre stage.

Think grilled Dibba Bay oysters with black lemon pisco cream, charcoal-grilled toothfish with saikyo miso, and a yuzu custard tart topped with smoky whipped cream.

Earth at Akira Back

12 September 

The second event, Earth, brings rich, grounded flavours to life at Akira Back’s exclusive sushi counter.

Seating just 10–12 guests per session, this intimate dinner features dishes like wagyu and smoked duck nigiri, chicken miso gochujang with truffle, and yuzu cheesecake with matcha and lavender gelato.

Water at Tamoka

The trilogy concludes with Water at Tamoka, where guests will indulge in ocean-inspired dishes such as bluefin tuna tartare with mandarin yuzu gel, jumbo prawn batayaki with edamame hummus, and Patagonian cod zarandeado served with roasted pineapple chalaquita.
