To top off the summer treats, the team at Garage invited some friends over. Coming from Jebel Ali, Mattar Farm will be organising its first official pop-up in Abu Dhabi.
The artisan smoked meat enthusiasts started as a Central Kitchen where they produce for all their pop-ups and catering events. They aim to take their smoked meats to every neighbourhood and take the love of smoked meats to a wider fan base.
The secret to their cuisine is that the meat has been smoked for up to 14 hours or more which adds a smoky and juicy flavour to it.
The pop-up will allow customers to enjoy a whole new level of smoked products from the Mattar Farms range, without having to travel huge distances to experience them.
Diners can treat themselves in the limitless boards and add a heavenly dish from Mattar Farm – whether it be a juicy brisket or spicy pastrami.
With the W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island having plenty of tricks up its sleeves, don’t be surprised to see some smoky delights at B.I.G – Brunch in Garage this July.
