Throughout the Holy Month, the hotel will undergo a transformation as it becomes adorned in traditional Ramadan décor, hosts captivating iftars and a local bazaar in an Arabian souk setting, and offers a plethora of experiences for the whole family to enjoy.

Building on its commitment to giving back, The H Dubai will also organise various activities to promote inclusivity and autism awareness. Throughout Ramadan, Eat & Meat will extend into the magnificent lobby of The H Dubai, offering an iftar feast for the senses featuring colourful drapes, whimsical lanterns, and soulful oud music in an Arabian Souk setting. Zenon’s curated Iftar menu brings together the rich flavours of Mediterranean cuisine infused with Asian elements. Zenon’s culinary team, led by the talented Executive Chef Lorenzo Buccarini has crafted an exclusive Iftar menu that promises to be a feast for the senses.

Diners will start their meal with nutrient rich dates and olives. The hand curated menu unfolds with an option of traditional lentil or tofu soup, which is then followed by a selection of Mezze that includes Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, and Tzatziki, or a selection of Tomato Salad with Stracciatella, pine nuts and basil.

For their main course, diners will have a choice of Kibbeh-Bulgur and mince beef kofte, burnt eggplant in a soy miso glaze with feta mousse confit tomato, Poached Sea Bass fillet with tomato, olive, and caper sauce, or a Begendi – served with milk feed lamb stew and potatoes. With Ramadan only two weeks away, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) will once again open its doors to its grand Majlis where guests will be able to experience its much-loved iftar and suhoor during the Holy Month.

This Ramadan, Salmontini Le Resto celebrates the Holy Month with a generous Iftar, true to the restaurant’s long-standing celebration of togetherness.

Guests will break the fast with welcome dates and water before a classic soup of either lentils or asparagus. Iftar will continue with the Salmontini Ramadan Platter of garden vegetables, smoked salmon, California crispy maki and tzatziki, a palette of the “Maison’s” many colors.
