Yalla is seeking talented teens to contribute to our family. Here’s what we need and a few of the teens with whom we work.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Yalla is keen to feature the artwork of talented Abu Dhabi teen illustrators, writers, and videographers in our Know It All Guides. Participating teens will learn to work to a brief, take artistic art direction, and then have the enviable opportunity to have their work displayed in a magazine that is distributed to over 80,000 people in the capital and growing. Working with Yalla magazine is a fantastic way to gain work experience and to see what it’s like to work in a busy and growing media agency. Aside from being fun and exciting, your contributions and our references also look great on college applications, and the bylines you’ll get warrant welldeserved nice bragging rights. So, Yalla! What are you waiting for?
WHAT TYPE OF CONTRIBUTIONS DO WE NEED?
DO WE NEED? Themes vary, but generally the subject matter pertains to Abu Dhabi and should be relevant to families in the capital. Topics can include sightseeing, Abu Dhabi landmarks, UAE heritage, food, crafts, art, and architecture. Not every artist or write has a single style nor will they be drawn or written to the same subject matter. Be creative. We are keen to showcase your talent and the great city that we live in.
We are always looking for new contributions! If you an aspiring artist, writer, videographer, or photographer, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected].
