Your immersive Spring Festival experience will start as you enter the elegant venue and you’re welcomed with a refreshing Liào Liào, a creative drink that serves to set the mood for the experience to ensue. A marvelous Wishing Tree will greet you as you are seated and for a touch of luck, you may opt to write your wishes on red ribbons and tie them to the latticed woodwork – a practice born centuries ago in Lam Tsuen, Hong Kong.
After marveling at the Wishing Tree and hoping wishes would come true, then you can begin enjoying the feast! As a world-class restaurant, you are sure to enjoy timeless and innovative Cantonese signature dishes prepared with the finest ingredients and expert traditional techniques at Hakkasan. On Chinese New Year, you can delight in a special limited edition signature set menu crafted for the occasion.
The signature set menu will feature traditional Chinese delicacies to share through an unforgettable dinner with your loved ones. Dishes will include a wide variety of Asian flavours incorporated into savoury items such as the delectable Peking duck with crispy bean curd and mango, Shacha chicken puff, Roasted jasmine chicken with sticky rice, and Wok-fry lamb tenderloin with shiitake, to seafood specialties such as Superior soup with Chilean seabass and bamboo pith, Seafood sesame jian dui, Wok-fry lobster with Chinese chive and lily bulb, Stir-fry pak choi with eryngii and pioppini. To finish the feast on a sweet note, you can enjoy a Wealth Pot, a dessert inspired by traditional Chinese beliefs symbolizing good fortune, in line with Hakkasan’s aim of bringing good luck to its guests over the Chinese New Year.
