Eat Greek Kouzina presents new tastes and exciting flavours to its illuminating menu. The talented culinary team, led by Greek Head Chef Theodore Rouvas, introduces familiar ingredients in fresh unique ways, set to take visitors on an epicurean journey.
“After a trip to Greece this summer together with our Group Executive Chef, we got inspired to further boost our offerings and bring these tastes back to the UAE. We decided to present a new selection of traditional Greek flavours with a contemporary twist that suits this market,” says Argiris Tragoutsis, General Manager of Eat Greek Kouzina, Abu Dhabi.
“Our new dishes are all about homemade seasonings and textures, it combines our love of blending fresh vegetables from the local market together with ingredients from the Greek farms – to create a delight for all the senses” he said.
