And it’s not just any old Korean dinner
HANU at St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah, is bringing a slice of Seoul to the city for just two nights on 5 and 6 November
And it’s not just any Korean dinner, this is a Michelin-starred collaboration.
Joining forces with HANU’s own Chef Kyung Soo Moon are Chefs Heeeun Kim and Daehyun Yoon from Seoul’s SOUL, a one-Michelin-starred hotspot redefining contemporary Korean cuisine.
It’s a cross-cultural culinary conversation, blending HANU’s refined Korean heritage dishes with SOUL’s innovative, garden-inspired flair.
What’s on the menu?

- Beef Broth, Prawn, Hanwoo Tartare with caviar
- King Crab, Lamb Galbi, Hoengseong Hanwoo with eight banchan
- The classic Naengmyeon with white kimchi and vegan caviar
