The Mall at WTCAD is offering you a chance to share your talent with everyone! Participate in the lamp-making workshops, where mentors will help you create beautiful lamps, which will be used as decorations in The Mall for Ramadan.

Core ME introduces an edgy street food market for all ages. Featuring more than 20 food pop-up concepts and food trucks in the most iconic du Forum, transforming the venue into a food haven serving mouth-watering options by some of the city’s best street vendors over the first two weekends of May.
The event is strictly for all ages. Giving a hassle free evening to visitors who want to relax over the weekend with great food options.

Everyday Patterns

This workshop will offer a hands-on exploration of the patterns found on everyday objects. Geometric and vegetal patterns make up over 60% of the non-figural types of decoration used in Islamic art, and are also featured prominently on many household textiles.
Under the instructor’s guidance, workshop participants will be asked to identify patterns in fabric samples provided to them, or alternatively they can bring their own material that they would like to work with. Participants will learn how to extract a pattern and create a stencil, which will then be used to produce an abstract work using various materials.

Cranleigh Abu Dhabi has revealed a new scholarship programme designed to broaden access to its holistic and enriching educational model, as well as to attract and support talented students who show passion for and potential in their chosen field.
As well as Academic awards, scholarships will be offered in: Sports, Visual Arts and Performing Arts. The school is keen to unlock the potential in Abu Dhabi’s school children and is calling for applications from able students across the city.
