To celebrate Global Wellness Day, the Hilton Abu Dhabi has teamed up with Advantage Sports UAE to host fitness classes everyday until June 10! Advantage Sports UAE has created a week-long programme with sessions including indoor cycling, ‘boxercise’ and boot camp, as well as ‘kiddy fit’ and ballet classes for kids. All classes will take place at the Hiltonia Beach Club. Cost – AED 75 per class, Hiltonia Members AED 55.

A Q&A session at the end will give you the chance to discuss common alignment mistakes and injuries with Michelle & Sebastian. You will also receive tips on how to work in a pose when you can’t actually master it yet.
Ideal for Ashtanga students and anyone with an exisOng yoga asana practice. Not suitable for absolute beginners.

Ever made a painting using a bicycle wheel or a toy car, by swinging and jumping in the air or dancing and sliding in paint? Throw, splatter, drip, spray, pour, slide, push, pull, and roll! Create your own gestural action painting in the manner of the Japanese Gutai artists. Please wear clothing you do not mind getting paint on as it can get messy!

The Creative Act includes a space conceived by artists Ramin Haerizadeh, Rokni Haerizadeh, and Hesam Rahmanian that takes you on a journey and introduces various mediums and ideas.
These complimentary drop-in sessions focus on building a community art space inspired by their work as well as other art featured in the
exhibition. Participants of all ages can take part in the creative process of designing a room in which you can express your ideas and creativity.
