Presented by Daman Activelife, competitors can enter either a 5km or 10km run within the grounds of Zayed Sports City, starting and finishing in the iconic Zayed Football stadium. All runners will receive a special Saucony pink running shirt, finishers’ medal, and refreshments, plus commemorative gifts aligned with the Breast Cancer awareness theme.
Cost to enter for adults is AED 180 and juniors under 16 is AED 120, all proceeds that are passed to the Al Jalilla Foundation for the Pink Caravan initiative
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre – ADNEC
15-18 October
World Skills Abu Dhabi takes place at ADNE from 15th- 18th October, under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Bringing together participants from over 77 countries, there will be 51 skill competitions over the few days, World Skills Abu Dhabi will be the greatest vocational skills competition in the world. Entry is free!

The event, named ‘Circuits on the Circuit’, will put as many as 700 women through their paces under the banner of a giant pink ribbon. Organised by GoYAS, a weekly women-only fitness group, and sponsored by Fatima bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, the course will comprise of four exercise stations.
Supported by the Fatima bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, GoYAS provides an arena for Emirati women to come and exercise and at the same time learn more about important issues surrounding women’s health.

The Yas Links Pink Ladies Golf Day returns this year with a full day’s itinerary for both golfers and non-golfers to raise awareness of Breast Cancer in the UAE. There’ll be a craft market from 10am, then golfers can head out on to the Links Course from 1pm. If you’re looking for something a bit more relaxed, why not take advantage of afternoon tea in Hickory’s from just AED89 per person?
