This week, our health and wellbeing theme continues with Cycle for Health and the Terry Fox Run, which will help raise money in the fight against cancer and honour the legacy of Canadian, Terry Fox. You’ll find a host of international TV stars at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi as their show, Got Talent Lives, kicks off from January 14. Everyone’s favourite market, the Ripe Market, continues at Umm Al Emarat Park, and we tell you all you need to know about upcoming open days at three of the leading schools in Abu Dhabi; The British International School Abu Dhabi, Amity International School Abu Dhabi, and The British School Al Khubairat.
Got Talent Live
Marina Mall Abu Dhabi is set to welcome a host of international TV stars for seven-days of amazing performances during their spectacular show, “Got Talent Live”, which kicks off from January 14-21. The show will feature the winners and runners-up from previous series of the TV show that wowed audiences around the world. Shows held twice daily at 4.30pm and 7.30pm.
The Terry Fox Run
On Friday January 19, walk, run, ride or roll to help raise money in the fight against cancer and honour the legend that was Terry Fox. The Terry Fox Run is free and open to all participants. Simply click here to register. Participants are encouraged to donate if they are able to.
Cycle for Health UAE
Cycle for Health continues on the last Saturday of every month at Zayed Sports City. Presented by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Health Authority – Abu Dhabi in partnership with Healthpoint and Imperial College London Diabetes Center, this free family event in Abu Dhabi is a great way to stay fit and healthy in the new year.
