The jets will perform over the capital’s Corniche late afternoon, after taking off from an airbase in the capital.

The Al Fursan jets are expected to perform over the Corniche in Abu Dhabi between 4pm to 5pm on Wednesday, 2 December, according to a report in The National.
The performance is in honour of the UAE 49th National Day celebrations and is part of many activities planned across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi including a host of firework displays across the capital.
The UAE’s The National newspaper also reported that the aerobatic team “… will be accompanied by the UAE’s latest Mirage 2000 and F-16 jets”.
The report also said that “the displays start with all seven aircraft flying in formation, trailing coloured smoke, before they perform tricks, including a solo performance”.
The Al Fursan, which means The Knights in English, are the United Arab Emirates Air Force aerobatic display team.
