Green Pass required to enter many places.
There are just five days – at the time of writing – until Abu Dhabi updates its entry rules for those who are vaccinated.
Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee confirmed the updates on Saturday 14 August.
From 20 August, you’ll need to show your Al Hosn Green Status in order to enter many places across Abu Dhabi.
As part of the new entry updates Abu Dhabi wide, the Committee also said: “… to maintain the vaccinated status on Al Hosn app, a booster dose must be taken six months after receiving the second vaccine dose pertaining to the medical protocol for each vaccine.”

It also said that “a grace period of 30 days is to be administered to all those who have taken their second dose more than six months ago, before their status turns grey on 20 September”.
Anybody who was part of the vaccine trials are exempt from needing a booster dose.
