Extra tickets available for FIFA Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi

The best teams in the world are coming to the capital.

Are you one of thousands trying to get yourself tickets for the FIFA Club World Cup 2021 in Abu Dhabi?

Well don’t despair as there has been a huge chunk of added on time for those looking score some late tickets for the football with introduction of the last-minute sales phase.

At the time of writing, you can purchase a ticket for one of the eight matches to be held at the Al Nayhan and Mohammed bin Zayed Stadiums in the capital on Ticketmaster UAE after an extra batch of football tickets went on public sale today (Friday 7 January).

The games are scheduled to be played from 3 to 12 February 2022 as Chelsea (Europe), Al Ahly of Egypt (Africa), Monterrey (North America), Al Hilal-Pohang (Asia), Palmeiras (South America), AS Pirae (Oceania) and local side, Jazira, clash for the right to call themselves world club football champions and to hoist the Sir Thomas Lipton trophy aloft.

It will be the fifth time Abu Dhabi has hosted the competition after previously being the scene for the 2009, 2010, 2017 and 2019 editions.

On those occasions Barcelona, Inter Milan and Real Madrid (twice) got their hands on the silverware.

Football fans must present a negative PCR test result on their Al Hosn app not exceeding 48 hours to gain entry to the stadium.
