An absolutely brilliant guest bartending series has just launched in Abu Dhabi

The series showcases the skills and training of the world’s renowned bartenders.

COYA Abu Dhabi has rolled out volume One of AMIGOS DE COYA: Guest Bartending series.

The event drew in the beverage crowds on 6 February, which was the date of National Pisco Sour Day.

COYA Abu Dhabi, the capital’s authority on Peruvian gastronomy and culture, is celebrating National Pisco Sour Day on 6th February.

The curated bartending series that plays host to the world’s most renowned bartenders, throughout the year.

Placing a spotlight on the skills and training required to be behind the bar, guests can expect signature Pisco Sour blends and special concoctions curated just for the celebration along with the art of flair bartending delivered by the luminaries of the profession.

Volume 1 of Amigos De COYA saw Riccardo Rossi, who boasts an impressive career of 14 years in bar tending and management, wow diners with his medley of beverages.

Riccardo started his career in London and is now the cofounded and owner of Freni e Frizioni, one of the most well-known bars in Rome, Italy, which has not only been names as one of the World’s Best 50 Bars but also Best Cocktail Bar of the Year in the Italian Bar Awards 2021.

Together with Greg aka the Cocktail Butcher of COYA Abu Dhabi’s Pisco Bar, the duo delivered a spirited and jovial tribute to the signature Peruvian drink.
