Izu Burger comes to Abu Dhabi

Another kitchen will open in November.

Abu Dhabi’s mouths will be watering at this news as one of Dubai’s most popular burger joints has set up shop in the capital.

Delivery-only burger brand, Izu Burger, is now available on Deliveroo for those who are in need of a “dirty, clean burger”.

The brainchild of Chef Izu Ani, the restaurant has been sating the appetites of those who have a passion for patties in Dubai with tasty meals that are lathered with healthy ingredients and this weekend, they will team up with Abu Dhabi Culinary for the UFC Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.

From Thursday to Saturday, the brand will be serving burgers on Yas Plaza from 6pm to 10pm from a pop-up food truck which will feature seating for diners and a live DJ.

Fight fans can expect to be grappling with the exclusive UFC Big Box which contains a Wagyu milk baguette, a choice of a Wagyu or chicken karaage potato bun burger, alongside Izu fries or they can keep it simple with Ani’s Wagyu potato bun burger; an Australian Wagyu beef or 150-day grain-fed Canadian beef, that is drenched in Emmental Swiss cheese and signature sauce.

And after the final bell rings, Izu Burger’s plans for Abu Dhabi won’t stop with an additional kitchen in the capital to be opened in November.
