Follow in the footsteps of Marco Polo with Le Petit Chef at Ray’s Grill

Experience tastes from the Silk Road with Le Petit Chef.

PARTNER CONTENT: Gastronomes of the capital will be rejoicing this February as the world’s smallest chef of French descent, Le Petit Chef, is returning from his travels to once again cook up a storm in the plush Ray’s Grill.

Having showcased his culinary skills to the visiting epicures of the five-star hotel back in 2021, the tiny chef will be taking up his usual residence on the 63rd floor of the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, fresh from his adventures in the footsteps of legendary explorer, Marco Polo.

Taking you and three friends on an interactive journey through the famed Silk Road that the aforementioned Venetian merchant traversed, you can expect one of the most enthralling two-hour dining experiences in the whole capital.

Begin your adventure in La Belle France as Le Petit Chef serves you up classic French Brandade with a mouthwatering tomato coulis before sailing across the Mediterranean Sea to Morocco where you are tempted by a traditional lamb tagine slow cooked in spices and fruits.

Next on the culinary map is India where the Frenchman invites you to indulge in a beautiful aromatic Tandori Chicken followed by a quick pit stop in China to enjoy an aromatic steamed sea bream.

For a sweet ending, it is back to Le Petit Chef’s home country for his famous Saffron Brulée.

Taking place from Wednesday to Friday and 1pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, you are invited to arrive 30 minutes before the show to soak up the stunning, unimpeded views that Ray’s Grills offers up of the capital’s skylines.

‘Le Petit Chef in the footsteps of Marco Polo’ allows diners the option to choose from four menus including the Marco Polo Classic price at AED 385; Marco Polo Grand for AED 545; Marco Polo Vegetarian at AED 385; and Marco Polo Junior for AED 249 for children aged 6 to 12 years of age.

This February, it’s time to go on adventure with Le Petit Chef at Ray’s Grill at Conrad Abu Dhabi Towers.
