The first two male players of the 2021 Mubadala World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi have been revealed.
Unveiled this morning (25 October), world number nine and winner of the most ATP titles on this year. Casper Ruud and world number 15 Denis Shapovalov will be strutting their stuff at the International Tennis Centre at Zayed Sports City.
The pair are the latest additions to the line-up with US Open Ladies’ champion Emma Raducanu and Olympic gold medallist Belinda Bencic already pencilled in to take part at the Arabian Gulf’s leading professional tennis experience.
Speaking on the announcement, John Lickrish, CEO of Flash Entertainment, organisers of the Mubadala World Tennis Championship said the two players will add to the prestige of the tournament that is in its 13th season.
