In collaboration with Tavola, leading cookery and bakeware retailer, Abu Dhabi Mall are inviting families to celebrate Spring break this year with a range of fun baking sessions, all hosted by celebrity Chefs from around the world.
Starting from March 23 until April 3, and with multiple sessions per day, this is a great way to keep the kids entertained this school holiday. Little aspiring Chefs will have fun making cakes and pastries, whilst the big Chefs can pick up some ideas and inspiration from the experts. There’s even adult-only sessions dedicated to enabling keen bakers to develop their skills in the kitchen.
March 23 & 24: Chef Antoine El Hajj
A prominent Lebanese Chef who heads one of the most renowned hotel Management Schools in Lebanon. Chef Antoine has also been on TV for more than 20 years sharing the key to delicious Lebanese dishes with a lot of laughs and humor. (Sessions are in Arabic only).

March 25 & 26: Chef Siba Mtongana
The famous South-African Chef Siba Mtongana continues to break industry barriers through her passion for food and people. She is the first African Culinary Star to have a global reach in over 130 countries through her show with Food Network, Siba’s Table.

March 27 & 28: Chef Eric Lanlard
A French pâtissier and a celebrity chef with his own show on TV. He’s also the founder of Cake Boy and a published author. Chef Eric has a highly contagious enthusiasm when it comes to food and his sessions are always a delight.

March 29 & 30: Chef Penelope D'Arcy Graham
Chef Penelope is the founder of the Cake Company and counts amongst her customers some very famous name such as Harrods, Errol Douglas and more. Chef Penelope who joins us from the UK has also spent some time with Cakes 4 Fun in London where she has taught baking to more than six thousand people.

March 31 & April 1: Chef Laura Saporiti
Chef Laura Saporiti who joins us from Italy has been published in many international magazines and has received several awards and recognitions in her field. She has been teaching decorating classes in renowned pastry and cooking schools across Europe, China and the USA, as well as judging in several competitions.

April 2 & 3: Chef Mahmood Janahi
A self-taught chef who is renowned for his baking and cooking workshops across Bahrain and the GCC and is also the regional Brand Ambassador of Kitchen Aid. Chef Mahmoud has a unique approach to things and his trip and tricks segments has earned him a very strong following. He is well known for his fusion cakes, inspired by flavors from around the world.

What you need to know

- Each session space is for two people; parent & child sessions one and one child, adult sessions two adults
- Adults must be 18 years or older, and children must be 4 years or older
- For safety reasons, only one child is allowed at each station
