Mad Doctors and Evil Geniuses take over, as Yas Marina’s annual Freaky Friday event returns 2 November.
Yas Marina will welcome families to its secret lair to celebrate a mad science themed Halloween. From 2pm until 6pm, Yas Marina will be brewing up a concoction of fun for families to enjoy.
Children of all ages can enter a world of eccentric science and experimentation, with the thrilling possibility of the one and only Frankenstein himself making an appearance.
This family friendly event promises to entertain with a range of activities including, Lab Experiments, The Slime Laboratory, Monster and Zombie Crafts and Freakensteins’s Parlor.
Lab experiments hosted by Mad Scientists offer a mysterious adventure, where fizzy potions and lava lamps can be created while watching crazy smoke demonstrations.
To further enhance this blood-curdling day, kids can make their very own slime concoctions to take home, as an eerie reminder of the day.
Furthermore, the Monster and Zombie Crafts will be luring children in to design their own chilling fabrications.
The experience would not be complete without a visit to the Freakenstein Parlor, where little visitors can be transformed into a freakish ghouls or monsters with expert face painting.

Since no Halloween event is complete without a few treats, Yas Marina has a range of options available:
Yas Marina’s newly opened cafe, Boroughs, will offer a Halloween-inspired menu from October 28th until November 3rd. During this time a 10% discount off the entire order will be given to those dressed up for the occasion.
Aquarium, the widely loved seafood restaurant, will serve up a special treat for the little ones, as parents dine on the day of the event.
There will also be a selection of sweet and savoury food kiosks on the promenade for lights snacks and casual dining.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event only. But there are a limited number of tickets available, so guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid any disappointment.
Child Tickets:
AED 30 per child for children aged 5 – 14 years
Includes 1 time access to Lab Experiments, Slime lab, Monster Lab & Zombie Craft, Freakenstein Parlor.
Tots Tickets:
Free for 2 – 4 years
Includes 1 hour access to the Tots Sensory Play Zone
