Tell us about your tenure at the resort thus far.
Since joining Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in 2019, I have successfully led the property to be recognised at the World Travel Awards, winning the Middle East’s Leading New Resort Award in 2019 and more recently in 2021 taking home the title of the Middle East’s Leading All-Inclusive Resort, as well as Abu Dhabi’s Leading Family Resort. I was also recently recognised under Hotelier Middle East’s 2021 General Manager Power List: Top 50 GMs in the MENA region, for which I feel very honoured to be a part of.

Please share with us information about the dining options for non-hotel/resort guests?
Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island takes care of nine dining outlets and bars, out of which, there are four signature dining outlets open for non-staying guests. Non-hotel guests can enjoy á la carte dining with L’Olivo (Italian), Mermaid (Mediterranean) and Turquoise (International all-day dining), as well as Aja (Japanese), which apart from its á la carte menu, offers a special Teppanyaki show where diners have a private space with our specialty chef performing the hibachi art of cooking.
What can guests expect in 2022?
We’re looking at stabilising business better this year compared to the unprecedented times of previous years.
We will be introducing new seasonal All-Inclusive packages, limited edition staycation offers, pop-up beachfront activities, brunches, dining offers, and Anjana Spa’s new concept launch this year. There are many exciting things to watch out for, so stay tuned!
