We can all stay out after midnight – that’s if you want to – as the Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee announces the National Sterilisation Programme has achieved its objectives and will conclude today, Thursday, 19 August.

In a tweet, the Committee thanks the public for its cooperation and advises all community members to continue to adhere to precautionary measures to protect public health and safety.
The National Sterilisation Programme was original rolled out Monday 19 July, in efforts to protect public health and prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Sterilisation took place daily between midnight and 5am, during which times, the movement of traffic and the public were restricted and transportation services during that time was halted.
