A number of requirements from Abu Dhabi’s green list have also been dropped.

However, those in contact with a confirmed coronavirus case will have to conduct daily PCR tests for consecutive days.

Tourist destinations and commercial premises will see capacities increased to 90 per cent but you will still have to present a green pass on your Al Hosn app.

Events will also see there operating capacities increased to 90 per cent but a PCR test as well as green pass on the Al Hosn app is needed for entry.

The new developments follow the announcement that the border into Abu Dhabi will cease to be in operation.
