Grab Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses as cruise season is back in Abu Dhabi.
Announced by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) at the Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami, more than 100 cruise ships are scheduled to dock in the emirate by the end of the year.

Available only to vaccinated travellers, cruisers can explore the capital for day or discover the beautiful landscape of Sir Bani Yas Island.
Speaking on the announcement, His Excellency Ali Hassan Al Shaiba, Executive Director at DCT Abu Dhabi said the cruise ships would enable guests to explore the emirate’s attractions.
HE Ali Hassan Al Shaiba said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming travellers to Abu Dhabi and to see the resurgence of the sea cruise industry.
“Over the past few years, our cruise industry has witnessed unprecedented growth, allowing us to offer seafaring travellers unforgettable experiences when they visit the UAE capital.
“This year, we look forward to welcoming a host of cruise ships to our terminals and providing guests with the opportunity to discover both the amazing attractions within our emirate and its tranquil surrounding waters.”
