Traveling just got a whole lot smoother!

Dubai Airports has rolled out DXB Greet & Go, a brand-new smart pickup service at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3; and it’s here to make your arrival experience faster, easier, and way more fun.

Forget the old-school name signs and airport chaos; with DXB Greet & Go, guests arriving in Dubai with pre-booked hotel, limo, or tour services can now zip through arrivals like VIPs.

Just scan your personal QR code at the Greet & Go kiosk, and voilà – you’ll instantly see the name of your driver, their vehicle details, parking spot, and even the license plate number.

Then, one of DXB’s friendly, multilingual team members will guide you straight to your ride. No stress, no guessing games – just a smooth, high-tech welcome to Dubai.

Located right in the Arrivals area of Terminal 3, DXB Greet & Go offers a secure, organised, and totally modern meeting point.

It’s designed to reduce crowding, speed up pickups, and give guests a more polished first impression of Dubai.

Here’s how it works for partners:

Licensed hotels, limo services, and tour operators can sign up on the DXB Greet & Go portal, register their vehicles and drivers, and send guests a personalized QR code before they fly in.

When guests arrive and scan the code at DXB, they’re instantly matched and on their way – easy!
