This exhibition offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore cutting-edge space technologies and solutions

With overall interest in space exploration continuing to grow throughout this region and the world, it is no surprise that one of the main attractions at the upcoming Dubai Airshow will see an increased focus on space with new and innovative activations in the industry.

The UAE Space Agency is leading the space sector at the event from 13-17 November taking place at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).

This exhibition offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore cutting-edge space technologies and solutions, emphasising its trailblazing efforts in advancing innovation and sustainability within the space sector.

Space exploration has become a key feature for many different countries in recent times, with the UAE’s Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi becoming the first astronaut for the country to visit the International Space Station.

After making his own piece of history, the aspiring Emirati also took video clips from space, conducted an unprecedented space walk, and even had time to practice some martial arts while aboard the station.

Space exploration will be a key theme at this year’s Dubai Airshow, with the support of the UAE Space Agency taking it to new horizons.

Following the signing of an agreement between Dubai Airshow and the UAE Space Agency at the 2021 Airshow, the two parties are collaborating to further enhance the event’s focus on space, strengthening this year’s offering.
