Dubai culture unveils performing arts programme

The programme will be run by a selection of arts experts and includes innovative workshops over a ten-day period

Dubai Culture is aiming to get your creative juices flowing as they unveil plans for its Performing Arts Programme taking place from 20 to 30 August.

The initiative promises to create a gateway to artistic growth and stimulate aspiring talent to enhance their music playing, singing, directing and singing and theatrical acting.

The programme will be run by a selection of arts experts and includes innovative workshops over a ten-day period. Their ambition is to empower the youth while trying to achieve the cultural vision of making a global hub for creativity.

The Dubai Performing Arts Programme offers specialised workshops in acting, theatrical directing, and musical instruments and will be hosted by Dubai Al Ahli Theatre, Dubai National Theatre.

The workshops dive into the theatrical scene, discussing methods of selecting and analysing theatrical scripts, in addition to focusing on the art of managing actors and preparing production costs and schedules for the completion of the theatrical performances.
