Dubai jebel ali beach development project that will be the longest public beach in dubai

The beach scene in Dubai will be greatly enhanced with the new Jebel Ali Beach Development Project

Dubai’s beachfront scene is set to get a major facelift with the news that a new project at Jebel Ali will be completed over the course of the new couple of years.

Under the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai is set to redefine public beaches with the Jebel Ali Beach Development Project.

The project aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, aiming to expand beach lengths by 400 per cent, adding new public beaches, and upgrading existing ones.

This 6.6 km stretch will become a premier recreational destination prioritising environmental preservation.

The project includes exceptional facilities and services, integrating aesthetic and functional architecture.

Visitors will enjoy eco-tourism, including turtle watching in their natural habitat. Protective measures will ensure safe nesting environments, supporting UAE’s marine conservation efforts.

Jebel Ali Beach will feature diverse areas: a swimmable beach, diving spots, and recreational zones.

Infrastructure enhancements include roads, parking, cycling tracks, and running paths. Unique attractions like The Pearl, The Sanctuary, and The Nest will offer family activities, environmental education, and turtle rehabilitation programs.

This initiative enhances the city’s well-being, offering vibrant urban experiences, and making Dubai a leading global model for sustainable beach development.
