Dubai is about to take its public spaces to the next level, transforming them into stunning art landmarks

Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has teamed up with Dubai Municipality to turn this vision into reality.

Their goal?

To fill the city’s streets and public squares with bold, local artworks that reflect Dubai’s unique identity.

As part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, this partnership will help bring art to the forefront of urban development, making the city an open-air gallery for everyone to enjoy.

Hala Badri from Dubai Culture believes this move will drive innovation, support local artists, and boost the city’s creative economy.

Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita of Dubai Municipality added that blending art with urban design will elevate Dubai’s cultural and aesthetic appeal.

It’s all part of Dubai’s ongoing commitment to build a vibrant, sustainable future.
