Emirates launches major hiring drive to fill 17,300 roles

The Emirates Group has announced a massive recruitment campaign for 2025, with plans to hire 17,300 new employees across 350 diverse roles.

This strategic expansion is set to support the growing operations of both Emirates airline and dnata, as the global travel and aviation industry continues its strong recovery.

From pilots and cabin crew to engineers, IT specialists, and customer service professionals, the hiring push spans nearly every department within the company.

In particular, dnata will be onboarding over 4,000 new employees to support its ground-handling and cargo services around the world.

The initiative is part of the group’s ambitious growth strategy to scale alongside rising travel demand and strong financial performance.

Since 2022, the Emirates Group has already brought 41,000 new hires onboard, with its total global workforce now standing at 121,000.
