Etihad Airways increases Doha services for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

Flights are expected to cost up to AED 4,000.

Abu Dhabi football fans we have some great news that will have you cheering as Etihad Airways has announced an increase of services to Doha for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The Abu Dhabi based airline will operate 42 weekly flights to Doha during the football jamboree, an increase from the current 18 weekly flights.

According to local media, Etihad’s flight will see fans have to shell out more than AED 4,000 for the first day of the tournament before falling to AED 1,600 by the end of the November.

Etihad’s announcement follows the news that flydubai will be operating some 60-match day shuttle flights between the UAE and Qatar during the tournament.

Qatar Airways will also increase their services from the UAE capital to Doha during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
