The Gitex tech show has been in full swing in Dubai this week and one of the more interesting and innovative initiatives launched is a smart floating police station off World Islands.
The floating station is set to provide services without human interaction, and everything will be online, including the usual criminal, traffic, community, certificates and permit services.

Residents from the UAE will be able to use their Emirates ID to carry out transactions while visitors will be able to do so by use of their passports.
There will also be an on-duty officer present on board all the time to help guests with any problems they could potentially encounter.
This latest addition to advanced technical services in Dubai is testament to authorities bid to turn the city into the biggest player in the AI game in the region.
