A stunning new residential development is coming to Saadiyat Island

The new residential complex will feature some 3,000 units.

Unparallel views, immersive retail, entertainment and leisure spaces and more awaits on Saadiyat Island with the announcement of Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences by Aldar.

Based in Saadiyat Grove overlooking the world-famous art museum, 400 apartments will surrender views of Arabian Gulf and Saadiyat Island.

Costing up AED 10 billion, the mixed-use destination will also feature approximately 3,000 residential units, two hotels and co-working spaces for new enterprises and start-ups.

Expected to be handed over in 2025, the Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences will feature only 400 apartments including exquisite studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and five exclusive penthouses.

The development offers a lounge for residents; Le Salon Détente; a 12-seater Cinema Privé for private theatre experience, a wellness centre, Spa Bien-être, that features a gym and sauna rooms; multi-use spaces for yoga and meditation; and an indoor kids’ playroom, the Creativité Room.

The lobbies and shared spaces within Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences will feature art and sculptures selected in close consultation with the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

The residences will even have luxe five-star services including concierge, housekeeping, personal stylist and shopper, and a chef-at-home for private fine dining.

It is not the only exciting developments on Saadiyat Island with the Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi currently under construction current opening dates mooted to be 2025.
