The latest development sees their expanding network to African countries grow to 12 destinations

Passengers looking to make the short trip over to Egypt to catch a glimpse of the magnificent pyramids or a venture down through the Valley of the Kings will be happy to learn that new flights connecting Cairo to Dubai have been launched.

Dubai based carrier flydubai announced the launch of flights to Cairo’s Sphinx International Airport (SPX) starting on 28 October 2023.

This new route reinforces the airlines extensive flight selection to Egypt which already includes daily operations to Alexandria Borg El Arab International Airport.

The latest development also sees their expanding network to African countries grow to 12 destinations, with Mombasa also been added in recent times.

This is a further commitment from flydubai who are trying to create free flow of trade and tourism between countries and enabling more people to travel conveniently and more often.

Sphinx International Airport is ideally located for tourists visiting Egypt and within very easy access to the famed pyramids of Giza.
