Renowned for its Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavours, SUSHISAMBA continues to push the boundaries of mixology mastery with this captivating new menu.
Designed by talented Bar Manager, Iris Arely Ruano – the new mixed drinks menu at SAMBAROOM not only tantalises the taste buds but also enchants the eyes. Each mixed drink is a visual expression, a work of art that mirrors the cultural tapestry of Japan, Brazil, and Peru. Art is ingrained in the DNA of SUSHISAMBA’s brand, and the new creation’s are a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to merging mixology with visual aesthetics.

The menu boasts a curated selection of 13 distinct mixed drinks, each inspired by one of three vibrant cultures. From the delicate and refined notes of Japan to the bold and lively flavours of Brazil, and the exotic and intriguing tastes of Peru, every sip is a journey in itself.
Expect a range of visual artistry including options such as Tokyo Fashioned, Dourado Martini, Nikkei Connection, Samba Noura, Sparkling Hanami, Ganza, Samba Nova and more.
SAMBAROOM, the hub of breathtaking views – perfect for witnessing the spectacle of Dubai’s golden hour – opens its doors at 6pm every Tuesday through Saturday.
Guests are invited to indulge in pre-dinner or post-dinner libations or simply immerse themselves in the panoramic views of the iconic Palm Jumeirah. Every Thursday, the Casa De Samba party unfolds, creating an atmosphere of celebration, while Friday and Saturday nights come alive with live entertainment and the mesmerising movements of samba dancers.
