Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming predicted dates for Ramadan 2025 in the UAE

According to UAE astronomer Ibrahim Al Jarwan, chairman of the board of directors of the Emirates Astronomy Society, the predicted dates for Ramadan 2025 in the UAE will be Saturday 1 March 2025.
The crescent moon of the month is expected on Friday 28 February 2025, which marks the following Saturday as the first day of the month of Ramadan astronomically.

With Monday 1 December marked as the first day of the Islamic month of Jumada Al Thani, this means we less than three months away from the start of Ramadan! Of course, all of this is subject to final date confirmations that are expected sometime in late January. Watch this space for more updates!
This Ramadan 2025 will also mark the second time in 24 years that the holy month will be observed during the winter months, meaning that those fasting and observing the special month can do so with great weather.
During Ramadan 2025, working hours are usually shorter for both the public and private sectors, which will also be confirmed closer to the date.
