The collection centre will be open every Saturday and Wednesday until 30 June.
The opening of submissions for the most talked about competition of 2022, The Art of Recycling, is only two days away.
Lifting the shutters at the collection centre beside P.F Chang’s on the first floor of Abu Dhabi Mall, Team Yalla will be in place from 1pm to 3pm this Saturday 7 May, looking forward to collecting all your wonderful artworks and sculptures.
And for every participant who hands over their artwork, they will receive a gorgeous entry certificate with your name and submission number on it.

But if you are not available this Saturday or haven’t put the finishing touches to your masterpiece, don’t worry as the collection centre will be open every Wednesday (4pm to 7pm) and Saturday (1pm to 3pm) until Thursday 30 June 2022.

Your stunning artworks will need to infuse creativity, innovation and sustainable practices to produce a single piece of art which can be 2D or 3D sculptures, an installation, architectural piece, A1 or A2 Canvas or an accessory such as a head piece, belt, purse, etc, upcycled from your wardrobe or using recyclable materials.
The great news is that the competition is open to all ages across Abu Dhabi and that can only mean one thing – the competition is going to be fierce, so you will need to channel your inner artistic genius if you want to walk away with any of the prizes.
But before the final results are announced, shortlisted artworks will be showcased in Abu Dhabi Mall for the members of the public to peruse and critique.
