How tall is the world’s second tallest tower in Dubai?

World’s Second Tallest Tower In Dubai Burj Azizi

The world’s second tallest tower in Dubai will also host the world’s highest hotel lobby and highest nightclub!

Dubai’s going for a world highest again, times three! The height has now been confirmed for the world’s second tallest tower – which is a staggering 725 metres tall on completion.

Burj Azizi, on completion in 2028, will be a record-breaking building with several world firsts due to be set.

Located along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, the building will be home to the world’s highest hotel lobby on level 11, the world’s highest nightclub on level 126 and Dubai’s highest restaurant on level 122.

So far, Azizi Developments has confirmed the development will be a 131-plus-storey building and will feature a seven-star hotel, penthouses, apartments and holiday homes, along with wellness centres, pools, gyms, cinemas and mini markets.

If that wasn’t enough, the Burj Azizi will also include a vertical mall over seven floors as well as a luxury ballroom and a beach club.

Currently, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa remains the world’s tallest tower standing at 828 metres. Earlier this year, the tallest residential clock tower in the world is coming soon to the emirate in Dubai Marina.

The collaboration comes between Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller and UAE’s premium real estate developer, London Gate. Titled the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, it marks the brand’s first venture into the world of real estate.
