After polishing off your opening course, explore the plethora of live cooking stations where fabulous surprises await. Tuck into freshly baked saj breads that are topped with cheese, za’atar or kishk, alongside succulent grilled meats before casting your eyes on supreme offerings including grilled prawns, chicken shawarma, lamb botti and carved prime ribeye beef, accompanied by scrumptious steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes and creamy risotta.

If you prefer the tastes of the Middle East, select regional favourites such as chicken mussakhan, hummus fattah, ouzi and meat and vegetarian tagines.
