The UAE’s premier fitness and wellness programme for women, Bia Warrior, is back with the highly anticipated Bia Warrior Challenge on 31 August and 1 September, in partnership with Dubai Sports Council.
As the UAE’s only all-female obstacle event, this challenge offers a powerful platform for women to push their physical and mental limits in an empowering and supportive environment.
Hosted at Gravity Calisthenics Gym in Dubai, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better, featuring an expanded range of obstacle challenges suitable for all skill levels.

For the first time, participants have the chance to win cash prizes, with a total of AED 6,000 up for grabs.
Additional rewards include AED 12,000 from Under Armour, a luxurious one-night stay at JA The Resort, a two-week subscription with Real Meal, and an ice bath and breathwork session with renowned coach Jennifer Chalouhi, among others.
The challenge consists of three stages: a qualifier round, semi-finals, and an exhilarating final where the top four teams compete for the grand prizes. Open exclusively to women, registration fees are AED 150 for individuals and AED 350 for teams.
Since its launch in June 2023, the Bia Warrior Challenge has quickly become a cornerstone event for women in the UAE, fostering resilience, teamwork, and a vibrant sense of community.
