The English team enters the tournament at the semi-final stage.
English Premier League giants, Chelsea, have landed in Abu Dhabi as they bid to become FIFA Club World Cup 2021 champions for the first time.
The Blues who are playing in the tournament for the second time after finishing runners-up in 2012, will take on Asian Champions League Winners Al-Hilal on Wednesday (9 February) after the Saudi side demolished local outfit Al Jazira 6-1 in the quarter-finals.
Thomas Tuchel’s men are in the capital of the UAE courtesy of winning the UEFA Champions League, defeating Abu Dhabi-owned Manchester City 1-0 in Porto last year.
Fans can catch the likes of Belgium’s record goal scorer Romelu Lukaku, World Cup winner N’Golo Kante and Brazil Legend Thiago Silva at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium from 8.30pm.
All fans need to present a negative PCR test on their Al Hosn app not exceeding 48 hours to gain entry to the ground.
