Veo brings fitness, wellness, and community to the heart of Dubai this November

 

This November, Dubai is set to come alive with a host of interesting events taking place in conjunction with the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

One of Dubai’s leading holistic fitness and wellness destination, Veo, is bringing the city together for a month-long celebration of movement, mindfulness, and motivation.

There will be everything from innovative yoga sessions in iconic locations to high-energy HIIT workouts and a 24-hour cycling marathon.

But don’t worry, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your wellness journey, there is something for everyone.

 

A Month of Fitness and Wellness Experiences

Throughout November, Veo will host a diverse lineup of free, pre-registered sessions across Dubai, designed to get the entire city moving:

 

Yoga & Sound Healing

Throughout November, various locations

Hatha and Power Yoga sessions at breathtaking locations including the Dubai Aquarium Tunnel, Address Sky View Observatory, and Vida Dubai Marina.

HIIT & Core Strength

Friday 14 November, 6pm-7.30pm

Veo dubai fitness challenge

High-energy workouts at community parks and sports grounds across Dubai, including Arabian Ranches 2, Emirates Living, and Dubai Hills Central Park.

 

Veo Ride – 24 Hour Cycling Marathon

Friday 21 November, starting at 10am for 24 hours

Veo dubai fitness challenge

A marathon cycling event at Dubai Creek Harbour, open to experienced riders aged 21 and above.

 

AquaFit at Vida Creek Beach

Sunday 30 November, 10.30am to 12pm 

End the month with an energising AquaFit session at Vida Creek Beach.

All sessions are free with registration, accessible to all fitness levels, and encourage participants to embrace a holistic approach to wellness while enjoying Dubai’s iconic locations.
