Dubai’s been championing an active lifestyle for some time now, but their latest challenge will win you some big bucks! The Dubai Health and Happiness Challenge is officially on and you have the chance to win AED 30,000.

What is the Dubai Health and Happiness Challenge?

In effect until 12 January 2025, the Dubai Health and Happiness Challenge will see 30 participants win a big cash prize. All you need to do is be more active, collect points, and be in with a chance to win.

How do I earn points in the Dubai Health and Happiness Challenge?

Download the Core Direction app, join the Health and Happiness Challenge and there’s plenty to do to collect points. If you collect 625 points between now and the end of the challenge, you’ll be entered into a raffle where you can be one of 30 people to win cash prizes.

There are four ways to get points:

  1. Steps: One point for every 1,000 steps you’ll get one point
  2. Heart Rate: One point for every three minutes in an active heart rate zone
  3. Activity: Up to 7 points by creating or joining an activity
  4. Watch wellness content: Up to 10 core points by attending or watching on-demand content

To achieve the points you can connect to Google Health Tracker or Apple Health to track steps, log activity in a personal wellness diary or connect a heart rate tracker to earn heart rate points.

What are the prizes?

With 30 people able to win, the first prize is AED 30,000, second is AED 20,000, third to fifth is AED 10,000 while sixth to 30th gets AED 5,000.

And with thousands of people already on the challenge, don’t miss out on this win-win opportunity to get fit and win big!
