Stan The T-Rex is in Abu Dhabi

The exhibit opens on Wednesday 6 April.

One of the world’s oldest dinosaurs will be roaring into town next week as Stan the T-Rex takes up residency at Manarat Al Saadiyat.

Believed to be some 67-million years old, the T-Rex and other stunning wonders of the world including the seven-billion-year-old, Murchison Meteorite will be showcased at the arts centre from Wednesday 6 April until Thursday 12 May.

Open daily from 10am to 8pm entry into the exhibition is free-of-charge.

The exhibition is a taster of what is to come with the recently announced Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi due to thrown open its doors in 2025.

Due to be based in the Saadiyat Culture District, the museum will join the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the much-anticipated Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum.

Currently you can explore the Zemanna and Portrait of the Nation II exhibitions at Manarat Al Saadiyat.
