The Art Of Recycling Abu Dhabi Mall

 

One of the most talked about competitions in the capital, Yalla – Abu Dhabi Life and Abu Dhabi Mall joined forces to bring you The Art of Recycling competition. There are just days left but you still have time to get creative on a piece of recycled art and submit it this Wednesday 29 June, 4pm to 7pm on Level One of Abu Dhabi Mall, next to P.F. Chang’s. The gallery is open and it’s well worth visiting to view more than 200 pieces of art that the community of Abu Dhabi have submitted.

A Travelling Exhibition Of Japanese Artists Has Arrived In Abu Dhabi

 

The UAE and Japan is celebrating 50 years of diplomatic ties and to honour this, there’s an art exhibition taking place at The Galleria Al Maryah Island. Part of the Abu Dhabi Festival, Variation and Autonomy: The Prints of Contemporary Japanese Painters, the name of the exhibition, gathers the work of 10 Japanese artists who experimented with prints and expanded the range of expression in contemporary art in the 1970s.

Korean Film Festival 2022

The Korean Film Festival, running from 29 June till 3 July, and in its sixth edition, will be screening over five days at Yas Mall where the Korean Embassy and the Korean Cultural Center have joined forces to bring you films such as Escape from Mogadishu, a Korean action film, directed by Ryoo Seung-wan and starring Kim Yoon-seok, Heo Joon-ho and Kim So-jin and Miracle: Letters to the President, The House of Us and Sinkhole.
