Ray’s Grill is back and ready to meat all your expectations

Located on the 63rd floor of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, the restaurant promises to be better than ever before.

If you’re a gourmand, you know Abu Dhabi’s offerings are getting harder to resist. As it gets busier, food connoisseurs have another luxury fine-dine spot to add to their list. Rather, re-add, what with Ray’s Grill returning and all!

The premium steakhouse at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers has reopened in spectacular style. They’ve amplified the flavour and aesthetic and brought back all we loved, right from sumptuous meats to premium beverages.

A hideaway on the 63rd floor, Ray’s Grill carved its niche as an impressive dining spot, replete with 360-degree views of the city skyline and sparkling Arabian Gulf.

As you indulge in the immersive meal, it’s hard to take your eyes off the incredible vistas framed by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Add to that a view of Chef Daniel and his team creating delicacies like the Angus beef, tuna and mushroom tartare, and the signature chef’s salad, and it’s a sight to behold.

Closed since Le Petit Chef, the popular and theatrical culinary experience came to an end in July. And in the time since, the Ray’s Grill team has worked at creating a wholesome experience from the door to your plate.

As is now expected at top-tier restaurants, here too the menu champions fresh, high-quality ingredients and premium produce sourced from every corner of the earth. For UK-trained Chef Daniel, treating diners at Ray’s Grill is second nature.

His vivacious personality and attention to detail comes through with each dish, right from the succulent sharing-style Chateaubriand and meaty Tomahawk to the shrimp cocktail and crab cakes, among others.

While Ray’s Grill remains above all, a meat lover’s paradise, there’s also the vegetarian-friendly cauliflower steak to look forward to. The carefully curated menu is further amplified when paired with aromatic grapes, playful hops and signature mixed drinks.

If you like your meat accompanied by a glass of grape, there’s a seasoned sommelier on hand to recommend the perfect variety. Post drinks and dessert, the night is still far from over. Should you wish to, guests can visit Ray’s Bar on the 62nd floor. Adding to the mystique is a mysterious secret passageway and every guest is given a pin code that grants them exclusive entry.

Ray’s Grill is well and truly back, all set to conquer meat lovers and others alike!

Open for dinner between 6.30pm and 11pm, Monday to Saturday. For reservations, call 02 811 5666 or visit hilton.com/en/hotels/auhetci-conrad-abu-dhabi-etihad-towers.
