Chef de Cuisine, Nicolas Lemoyne of Brasserie Boulud will accompany Chef Daniel to prepare a splendid spread of Saumon a l’Oseille, Raviolis Artichaud & Truffes, Tournedeau de Boeuf a la Moelle and many other delectable dishes.

The gala dinner is for two nights only. Packages AED 450 per person for a five-course tasting menu with soft drinks, AED 695 per person for a five-course tasting menu with upgraded drinks.
