New night beaches located in Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3 and Umm Suqeim 1
All you beachlovers of Dubai, get ready to make a splash all day and night!
The city is taking beach tourism to a whole new level with the simultaneous opening of not one, not two, but three brand-new beaches that offer night-swimming facilities.
Located in Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3 and Umm Suqeim 1, each beach spans 800 metres and is equipped with lighting systems, electronic screens and other safety features that allow beachgoers to swim securely during the night.
Safety is certainly a priority as qualified lifeguards are on hand with state-of-the-art rescue and emergency equipment. Night swimming at the beaches will be from sunset to sunrise.
With the new night-swimming beaches, the Dubai Municipality has advised beachgoers to go night swimming only in designated zones.
